All price are UK Sterling.
We accept all major Credit Cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, SWITCH, SOLO, JCB.
Children under 10 shareing the double bed with parent will be charged half price.
High Season: March to October, and very busy period, ie...UK Bank Holiday Week, Dorset Half Term, Easter Week, Christmas Week& the New Year ( 24 Dec till 3 Jan).
Single Supplement of 5 pounds per night for the single guest.
Selfcatering is available 5 pounds plus per night per party.
Our Cancellation Policy requires us to make a 50% charge, if within 4 days of arrival day whatever the reason is. To secure the booking, We will ask UK mobile phone number or credit card details ( booking for weekends, very busy period and oversea guests, booking for 2month ahead etc...)
We regretably take no booking furthur than 3 month ahead.
Japanese breakfast can be ordered at the time of booking with surcharge of 2 pounds each.
